Chronicles of a 13 Year Old Woman

When you're a young woman, nobody can tell you anything. Nobody can tell you that you’re not grown, or that you’re too young, or that you're not in love. It feels like that is the time when you are misunderstood the most. You experience loneliness, rejection, maybe your first love, and first heartbreak.

This small collection was written during a time that a young girl struggled in silence. You may be able to say you experienced a time where you can relate.

The Darkest Hour

There are times in life when it seems like it is only getting worse. Times when it seems like it won't get any better. During these times it's pitch's a storm.

It's hard. It's painful and it is a struggle. These times are important. The times when you hear that it gets worse before it gets better. These times are part of the darkest hour. The darkest hour feels like a lifetime. It is just an hour and it does not last forever. The sun will always rise. The darkest hour is just before dawn.

Faith Rose is about to take you on a wild ride. So sit back and relax while I tell you a story about the sexy, savvy party animal. Faith is a very successful accountant trying to lead a good life during the day, but when the sun goes down, she becomes a completely different animal. Faith, like every other woman, is fighting for love. Finding it in all the wrong places. That is, until she meets Talon Gunner.  Talon, her overprotective brother’s business partner and closest friend, takes her on an emotional rollercoaster ride. When an undeniable connection leads to an irresistible temptation, the results are a forbidden relationship that neither can deny. However, Faith bites off more than she can chew when she becomes more than just Talon’s love interest. Now she has to suffer the wrath of her brother’s backlash.  This is the tale of two lovers, mixed with a dash of romance, a little danger, and a sprinkle of street spice.
